The location is very convenient, with markets nearby (shops offering great prices), pharmacies, a bus stop, and exchange offices with good rates; it’s not too noisy, the beds are comfortable, and though the room is small, it’s cozy. The linens were clean and fresh, slippers, toiletries, a kettle, hot water, and a functional shower were provided. On the top floor, people around 190 cm tall or larger might find the low ceiling uncomfortable, so those guests should choose a lower floor. Breakfast was modest; on the first day there were pastries and salad, on the second day there were salads, cold cuts, boiled eggs, coffee, and juices—no one would go hungry, but an omelette could have been offered. If you’re just staying overnight, everything is fine; with small children, the top floor’s stair exit is a bit inconvenient, but we had no kids and the nearby elevator made it easy. Walking to the Acueducto, Valenta, the Bulgarian Church, and Bola is comfortable, and the Grand Bazaar is one stop away. I would happily return to this hotel. The only downside was the lack of something hot for breakfast.
