The vibe was cozy and the spa looked nice; the restaurant was good and the breakfast was complete. However, I came to unwind, and on Saturday afternoon and into the evening a group of guests in the closed pool (the only one usable because it was raining) played music at an excessively loud volume, drank alcohol, and shouted constantly, which made it impossible for me to enjoy the pool. I had to leave because I couldn’t stay there, and no staff seemed willing to intervene, so it felt normal and ruined the experience for me. Everyone should be able to enjoy the facilities, not just a few.

The surroundings and breakfast were excellent, but the bedding was insufficient for this season and we also needed more pillows. The shower water was lukewarm and weak, and we felt unsafe: this was the second time we’ve stayed here, and this time we had a pair of sandals stolen from the closed pool, while last year we left clothes in the room and never got them back.
