“Très beau ryokan avec personnel très serviable”
The room is pretty, though some looked much nicer with better locations or views. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The onsen is well‑maintained and pleasant, and can be accessed with a simple reservation from the ryokan staff. The location is a bit lost with few restaurants nearby—something to know before you come.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, with exceptional staff who were always courteous and helpful. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by their attentiveness, explaining the room facilities and meal options in great detail. The staff were also very responsive to my questions, providing clear and concise answers. The room was spotlessly clean, and the amenities were plentiful, making my stay extremely comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I slept soundly throughout my stay.
The building isn’t brand‑new, but it’s been cared for and feels clean and comforting, and the meals were served with such attentive hospitality that it felt truly special; we brought two dogs and would rate this pet‑friendly inn the highest. No negatives at all, and the staff were exceptionally kind.

The staff were courteous, the private bathroom could be used at leisure when available, and checking in from the room let us settle in right away; however, the adjacent back‑yard was noisy the whole time, the room was practically sound‑proof, the bathroom was dim, the deep tub didn’t feel relaxing, and the old wooden tub raised a few hygiene concerns like possible mould.
