“In general, lovely !”
The ambience was cosy and sophisticated, but breakfast needs improvement. Hotel guests should be allowed a free second beverage at breakfast; it is cheap to charge extra!

The location and the staff were great, but the room was in the basement and the Wi‑Fi was a little unreliable.

The property was beautiful, in a great location and very quiet. Breakfast was fabulous, the staff were very attentive, and the rooms were amazing. I loved everything about it.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from Galata Tower but in a quiet area. The room was spacious and bright, with a notable design. I didn’t try the breakfast.

The spot is solid, the staff are friendly, and the interiors look good. The gym feels more like a showroom than a workout zone; it looks great in photos but lacks real functionality beyond cardio and resistance gear, so it’s not for those seeking a proper workout space. The sauna and steam room are underwhelming, and the fee doesn’t justify what you get—pay a bit more elsewhere or skip the gym entirely.
