The apartment was spacious with good air conditioning and a hot water shower. It also had a fridge with a freezer section. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and there are 24/7 armed security guards at the entrance, so I felt safe going to sleep each night. There are plenty of street food stalls and a sit‑down café (Carenderia) outside. Breakfast is good for ₱100 or less.

The spot is convenient, but the room wasn't cleaned well, the Wi‑Fi was weak, and there was a bad smell coming from the toilet.
