“Superb place to stay”
Great location and the hotel itself was spotless, which was a big plus. The room was a bit on the small side, but that wasn't a huge issue for me. Overall, I was pretty happy with my stay here.

To be honest, there's not much to say about this place - it was completely unremarkable. But what really stood out was how much it needed to be torn down and rebuilt from scratch. The whole thing felt really run down and in need of an overhaul.

The staff here were absolute lifesavers. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, helped us book transport to Wet'n'joy water park, and even pointed us in the direction of a fantastic pure veg restaurant nearby. Sure, their English wasn't always perfect, but their friendly and helpful attitude made up for it.

The staff here were completely unhelpful, which really put a damper on my stay. I was expecting a lot more from this place, but unfortunately, it didn't deliver. The rooms were clean, at least, but that's about all I can say in its favor.

The staff here were absolutely fantastic, really going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The hotel itself was nothing special, but the service made up for it.
