Meadow Court Inn - Ithaca

The carpet was dirty all over the hotel, and the tub was in bad shape.

“This place is clearly old and needs work but it was affordable and pretty much what we expected.”

There was plenty of parking close to food spots and grocery stores, and the hotel was near Ithaca College Campus, quiet and pleasant with friendly staff and easy check‑in, but the bathroom had peeling paint and black spots on the ceiling.

The facility was lovely, decorated with local items and photos from the immediate area, yet the elevator was out of order; in our group of four—ages 77, 67, 65, and 59—the three older guests were essentially prisoners in the third‑floor rooms, able to climb the stairs slowly but unable to come and go once inside.

“Nothing fancy, but clean and good value”

The location wasn’t really central to Ithaca, but if you don’t mind driving to dinner (there’s not much around the hotel, it isn’t in the touristy part of town) or taking an Uber, it’s ok; the facility was clean but dated, and we knew that ahead of time, so no surprises; it was good value, the staff was friendly and helpful, the neighborhood, while isolated, felt safe, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the area was quiet and not noisy at all, though the place could use a little renovating.

“Unfriendly employee. Working there to put up a fight with guests”

The bathroom pipes made loud noise.
