The hotel is very modern and spotless, and the staff were extremely helpful.

The staff were friendly, but the management provided poor customer service. The room service was poor, the hot water was not working properly, and the heater was not working properly.

The room was huge and roomy, just like the photos showed, and the staff were very friendly. The shower only delivered cold water and in very little quantity, and the room stayed a bit chilly because there’s no radiator or heater. The kitchenette area exists but there are no utensils, only a microwave works.
