The setting is very peaceful, but the sofa squeaks and feels poorly installed, the fridge is far too small for a multi‑day stay, and the laundry hours from 10 am to 4 pm are useless when you’re not around, especially on longer trips; the stairs feel unsafe, the bedding isn’t great, which is disappointing for a three‑star property.

The location, the size of the little house, the bathroom, and the available equipment were all good. The stairs to the room were unsafe, the light switch on the upper floor didn’t work, and there were ongoing works in the accommodation.

I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, the air‑conditioning, the modern look and smart‑home features, as well as the top‑notch welcome and clear communication, though the sofa had been replaced during my visit.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in this charming “maisonnette,” perfectly positioned to enjoy Provins’ medieval fair, Nogent sur Seine, and Troyes. The accommodation was very pleasant, comfortable, and fully equipped. A big thank you to Franck for his warm welcome and kindness—always available, friendly, and affordable, he greatly contributed to our successful visit. We also loved the outdoor area, relaxing in a peaceful setting with a pool, lounge chair, and pergola… With beautiful weather all weekend, we made the most of this lovely region we were discovering for the first time. A truly great experience we recommend without hesitation!
