The host was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was lovingly prepared! The property sits in a tiny, sweet Italian village that feels totally off the beaten path :) Within a tight hour you can reach the Calterer See, Trento, and Bozen. The only downside was that the pillows were a bit too thick, otherwise everything was fantastic 🥰

Mercedes was super helpful and welcomed me with apples and apple juice straight from local orchards. She also provided a safe spot for my bike.

We traveled by bike and were warmly received. The owner is very friendly and goes out of her way to ensure guests feel comfortable. Everything was spotless and brand new. The breakfast was top‑quality and delicious. Fresh cherries were already available at reception. There’s a lockable bike cellar. We didn’t find anything we disliked, but dining out in town can be a bit challenging; we ended up at a stand‑up pizza place that turned out to be very good.

The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully lit, with a very welcoming new atmosphere. Mercedes is incredibly sweet, very kind, and happy to give advice on places to visit. The breakfast was good and plentiful.

The facility is impeccably clean and comfortable. Mercedes and her family are adorable people who make the stay even more enjoyable. The savory and sweet breakfast is rich and lovingly prepared; Mercedes’ fresh cakes are also excellent!
