The staff are very warm and attentive, ready to solve any problem or question, and the facilities are exceptional. A beautiful place to vacation. The bed and pillows are a bit firm, and sometimes the internet drops.

We traveled as a family. Nice cabins and amenities, including a pool. A private, serene beach and close to Reserva Chacocentre.

A nice location a little outside the town, with a good pool and a private beach. It looks very nice with charming cottages and a beautiful restaurant. We had a cottage with air‑conditioning and a floor with a kind of hatch to it. The reception felt a bit distant; we had to wait a long time at the gate to get in and also at the front desk. None of it felt very welcoming. Prices at the restaurant are steep, especially because there’s nothing else within walking distance, which is not very convenient. Breakfast was included, but when we checked out after two nights we had to pay an extra 3 cars because we apparently requested extra bread. All of this isn’t great, but it fits with the distant vibe of the staff.

The employees were extremely nice and the food was tasty. The room upstairs has no windows. You could find all kinds of insects in the bungalows. On the first evening you could find dried animals or animal remains in the mosquito nets. The curtains for the windowless room fly every time with the wind. Because there’s no window upstairs, you hear and feel the wind very strongly throughout the whole apartment. The nights were not quiet. Surfaces were dusty, including the floor and the sinks. We were bitten by insects (not mosquitoes) inside. The landline phone didn’t work. The couch looked ancient and dirty. We found a scorpion in a towel. In the end we had to sleep six people in one room. The lower room had a window and a door. The staff added two extra small beds there. In addition, a tip is automatically added to the bill. Apparently you’re not allowed to take food or drinks out. This information was nowhere to be found.
