The location was close to my meeting venue and the food was good, but the room was too small, pest control had been done and the room still smelled bad, and the mirror in the washroom was unclear.

I booked a deluxe room, yet on arrival only a standard room was available and it was awful; I had to move to another hotel because the staff were unhelpful and rude.

“Overpriced, unhygienic, and misleading this stay was a complete disappointment.”

Honestly, nothing stood out; the room’s condition and cleanliness were so poor that they ruined any potential positives. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and unhygienic, with visible mold and damp patches on the walls and ceiling, peeling paint, stained furniture, and dusty switchboards. It looked old and neglected and was nothing like the photos shown. For the high price charged, the quality was completely unacceptable.

“Very average and not worth the price”

Please remember that hotel comfort isn’t just about clean rooms and linens but also about privacy and quieter environments. I couldn’t sleep because loud noises outside my room kept me awake late at night, and I didn’t hear staff trying to keep other guests quiet. I stayed awake out of fear because the voices were very audible from the rooms, and I could also hear noises from the other side of the wall. I won’t recommend this hotel for the price, and you need to change the linens because they’re wearing out. The staff were very polite and well behaved.

Only the location was decent, but the quality of the room and cleanliness were bad, not just in the room but also in the staircase and lifts, which were dirty.
