The new facility is well organized and fully equipped, with attentive owner and staff, a nice breakfast corner and kitchen, spacious bathrooms and rooms. Everything is great. The mattress is a bit too soft for my taste.

The breakfast was the usual Italian fare, with croissants, pastries, boxed fruit juices, and bottled water. We had a large private room with a working air‑conditioner; there was a big living room for shared use, but we didn’t see any other tenants. Street parking was plenty. Communicating with the host via WhatsApp was smooth. Everything was wonderful.
