“Bonheur”
Everything—place, décor, welcome and smiles—was great, and there were no complaints.
Very close to the city centre.
The welcome was a bit cold. The terrace was in a dilapidated state. The room was prehistoric—no chair, furniture from another century, a tiny shower, a mattress that still hurts my back, unironized sheets, and an unpleasant odor. Truly a place to avoid, which is what we did.

We really enjoyed the hotel’s charm, which felt like a pleasant holiday home; the location was excellent and the value for money was very good.

The décor, comfortable bed, location and warm welcome at arrival were positives, but the room had a strong damp smell, cleanliness issues (especially the shower and shower curtain), torn towels, and there was no one to handle checkout because the hotel was closed without prior notice.
