This is a very nice, clean, and comfortable hotel that helps guests and ensures everything in the room works. The food is very good, including breakfast, which is part of the hotel’s offer. There is also parking. The hotel is fine, but the municipality could improve the city’s cleanliness.

The food, and Chef Luis H, showcased culinary skills that made the meals excellent. The hotel’s surroundings need a lot of cleaning, which clashes with how well the interior is maintained.

I appreciated that the staff helped me with a request I made for the room. I feel the room price is a bit high for the amenities it offers.

I was pleased with the facilities and the cleanliness, but the hot water was missing for the first few days.

The location was great and the place itself was nice, yet the Turkish sauna never activated.
