“Very bad staff”
A creepy man verbally abused me because I asked him to close the door at 3 am when the alley light was shining on my face and woke me up every night for three days; on the last night he even threatened to kill me, and I have witnesses. It was 3–4 am, no reception was available 24/7, he simply left, and when I reported it to the morning receptionist they just asked me to pay an extension or said something else. I told them I hoped they would ban him from the other ihome in Hoi An, but they seemed very careless. I have a video of the guy that also shows him exposing himself for no reason, even though I simply asked him to close the door. The place itself is okay, with enough space in the common areas, a nice swimming‑pool view, and right next to the beach; if you like running, the track by the beach is good. The beds are fine, the bathrooms are separate and spacious, but if you have a problem they will not help you, and by the way, if you come from the other Ihome it is not even close to being the same quality.
