I had a disappointing experience at this hotel, which started with a dirty and dingy atmosphere. Unfortunately, the staff seemed completely unresponsive to our attempts to check in, as we were met with silence when we rang the bell and made phone calls. We were left unable to access our room, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. Overall, it was a disappointing start to our stay.
