The staff actually wanted to move me to a nearby apartment and told me to walk there and return for breakfast the next morning. The decorative pillow on the bed had mildew. There was no hot water, no coffee or tea facilities.

I booked from 21 July 2569, arrived 25 July 2569, and checked out 26 July 2569. When I arrived to check in, the hotel had no rooms and told me the rooms were full and offered another older place. I asked to cancel and get a refund that day, but the refund wasn’t the full amount. I had paid 650 baht, but the hotel said they would refund 594 baht, which I refused, and they eventually raised it to 600 baht. I felt that even though I booked in advance, I still didn’t get a room and it ruined my experience.

The comfort was good. The staff were only there to hand over and take back the key. There was Wi‑Fi but no internet; I had to ask three times for staff to call the manager, and then I was connected immediately.

The accommodation was terrible. The front desk ignored me; they said the place was full and wouldn’t accept my online booking, refunded my money, and found me another place.
