I liked Masako san. She had patience and respect for cultural mistakes, taught us, showed us. I liked Tanada House—a treasure amid the rice fields. I liked the food, delicious. I liked the monkeys, but I might be the only one 😅 Thank you Masako san. Forever in our hearts.

I experienced a traditional house in a relaxed way. The cute interior and the kind, friendly owner healed me while I enjoyed tasty food and blueberry picking for about a thousand yen.

“昭和にタイムスリップ”

The location surrounded by rice fields, the Showa‑retro interior, and the inn felt like a Ghibli world. The mother was friendly and conversation was fun. The rice and local handmade ingredients were rare and delicious, plated beautifully on antique dishes. At night, I listened to insects in the cool wind, an experience you can’t get elsewhere. Thank you for kindly showing me recommended sightseeing routes. The old-fashioned equipment typical of a traditional house is a bit dated, but that’s part of the experience and can be enjoyed.

“Lovely stay in a small village”

This experience was more than just booking a meal and a place to stay. We got to see and stay in a village we would never have found otherwise. Having Masoko as our host was amazing. The house, the rice fields, the food, and the chance to be in a non‑touristic village were all highlights of the stay.

“田舎のおばあちゃん家”

The mother’s personality was great and the food was tasty. It felt like returning to a countryside grandma’s house. I liked being able to relax in a rural home. The parking lot was confusing.
