The hotel's prime location and excellent facilities made for a wonderful stay, especially with the stunning river view from my room. The staff were friendly and helpful, with a special mention for Xiaoqing who went above and beyond. While there were some minor issues, I would definitely return to this hotel.

The hotel's front desk staff were highly professional, particularly when they upgraded my room to a spacious river view suite at short notice to accommodate my family's needs. However, there were some issues with room service and breakfast that left a sour taste. While these incidents were frustrating, the hotel's thoughtful gestures and excellent location made for a generally pleasant stay.
