The staff were very polite and the location in Menaggio is superb! In my opinion, you should stay here rather than in Varenna or Bellagio, where there are a lot of tourists. Menaggio is a wonderful place with amazing views and a calmer atmosphere. There are many restaurants near the hotel and even a wild beach nearby with an incredibly atmospheric vibe. The ferry terminal and bus stop are very close, so it’s convenient to reach other towns on Lake Como. The view from the room is indescribable, absolutely stunning! 😍 I highly recommend taking a room with a balcony to fully enjoy the atmosphere. The bed was uncomfortable, so sleeping was not very comfortable.

The view, the view, the view! The restaurant! The staff were very friendly and kept the kids entertained in the dining area. Nothing to add.

The location is stunning and the staff were friendly; a free welcome drink was a nice touch. Dinner in the on‑site restaurant was great, and breakfast offered beautiful views. The room was basic but the beds were comfortable and warm enough for late October. I would definitely return, and the parking spot was a big plus.

“Muy costoso y no vale la pena para lo que era realmente”

The place sits close to the departure point, making it easy to move around with luggage, and it even has its own restaurant so you can eat on site. The downside was that the bathroom in my room was tiny and uncomfortable, and at night the noise from neighboring rooms made it hard to sleep.
