The breakfasts were expensive for what they offered. The TV remote was overly simple, basic, and its usefulness was limited because it had no numbers or teletext button. A little paint on the radiators (in the bathroom) would have helped.

The rooms were solid. The downside was that there was no ramp on the stairs, which was inconvenient.

The spot is just a few meters from Laurel Street, which is great. However, some decor was a bit off and the right-hand side of the window didn't close properly, it just rattles. Also, breakfast costs 15€ per person, which feels steep.
