I appreciated finally voicing my concerns. I was given a nice-looking room, as I’d received before. The manager said early check‑in wasn’t possible, yet I’d paid for it previously and watched others get keys while I waited. When I arrived at the time told, the room smelled like dog urine. The bathroom was awful, so I asked for a non‑smoking room, but he said I’d have to wait another 30 minutes. The property felt very empty; windows were open, no guests, no cars in the lot. After calling corporate, I got a proper room. It was fine after that, but I won’t stay in room 118 again. It’s disgusting.
I liked the location and it. I was there for 2 nights and had to be moved to 3 different rooms. 1) The 1st and 3rd room had roaches 2) Half of the outlets didn't work. 3) There was a party going on till 5am the first night. 4) Front Desk/Customer service was the worst I've ever experienced and I'm 60 years old. I asked for a refund and was refused. I DO NOT RECOMMEND that anyone ever stays there from this day forward!!!
