Great location and wonderful staff; I always enjoy staying here when I come to Pattaya. The Wi‑Fi is terrible—fixing it would earn a 10; reliable Wi‑Fi is essential when traveling, and this place needs to improve it.

The room lighting was terrible and there was no kettle for hot water; the breakfast was extremely ordinary.

Thanks to a regular friend, this place turned out to be a beautiful find—everything is perfect, I highly recommend it and will definitely return because it's a very interesting hub: you can get everything you need just a few steps away. The breakfast is a bit short, but walking down any street will give you plenty of food options, even for a hungry person like me.
