Check‑in was easy and quick, parking was simple, and the AC worked great. The pillows were tiny, no map was given to find our room or the best parking spot, and when we went down for breakfast there was none and no staff present.

It was close to our appointment and other food businesses. It was dirty, with many insects (roaches, mosquitoes, ladybugs) on the windowsill and rodent droppings in the drawers. The tub had flaky black stuff, and there were no towels in the room. Breakfast was a microwaved sandwich in a hot box.

I found the room in a terrible state: black mold was hanging above the showerhead, the smoke detector was oddly perched on top of the microwave instead of on the wall, and there was only a single washcloth for four people. The breakfast selection was disappointingly sparse.

The price was definitely a plus, and the bed was comfy. However, I was a bit surprised to find out that we had to ask for clean towels and garbage to be collected. And to make matters worse, our room keys stopped working every day, so we had to go back to the front desk to get them reactivated.

The hotel had some quirks, but the staff made up for it. The room was small but spotless, and the bed was comfy. However, the heater was a bit of a pain to use - it was stuck way up high, so I had to use a long pole to turn it on and off. Still, the location was great and the price was decent, so I'd stay here again.
