The location is great, the breakfast area is nice and the breakfast itself would be really good. The room needs a makeover, the carpet is so dirty that we had to keep our shoes on, and the upholstery on the armchairs and couch also needs cleaning.

The spot by the lake is excellent, just a few minutes on foot to the harbor, the island town, the landmark Malchows der Klosterkirche and good restaurants and shops. When arriving you can pre‑select what you want for breakfast and the chef personally serves it, even checking for any additional requests during the meal. The large area of the former beer garden offers a cozy place to relax by the lake. One small drawback in our room: the bathroom had limited storage space. We mentioned this to Mr. Böttger as a suggestion for improvement and he will surely handle it.

The stay was great and the breakfast was delicious. No major problems for one night.

The location by the harbor is very good, very quiet. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The bathroom needs renovation.

The accommodation is good and sufficient for a short holiday, fitting its age. Breakfast was good and plentiful, always fresh rolls; a bit more variety in the sausage and cheese selection would help. Minor issues were the pillows, which urgently need replacing, and a broken shower holder. Otherwise we liked it very much. The surroundings are fantastic to explore by bike, just like the round‑bus offering. We felt very comfortable and would stay there anytime again. The shower/fixture was defective and the pillows urgently need new ones.
