The hotel’s close to many important amenities, the room is spacious, and the staff were amazing—they made my stay perfect. The shower’s hot water wasn’t hot enough, but everything else was hot.

I really liked the hot spring hot tub. The room was not really clean and the sheets were wrinkled.

The jacuzzi was a hit with the baby who had a great time. Unfortunately the room cleanliness was terrible – hair everywhere, a drawer with a dryer full of hair, fingerprints on the sauna glass, and the overall facilities looked worn out; the floor was dirty too, making it unsuitable for a child, and although the location was close to the destination, everything else was disappointing, with an uncomfortable bed and bedding.

The staff will not call to confirm your arrival. They don’t care
