Hulya was very helpful at reception and the breakfast was excellent, but there was a lot of construction nearby and the tap in the bathroom was loose.

I ended up in a smoking room even though I’d booked a non‑smoking one, it was cold at night, and there was no blanket in the trunk, so I had to wake up and walk back to reception.
