The whole hotel leaked water, the room wasn’t clean, and the morning tea only had three items: 1 idly, 1 cup uppama, 1 uttapam, which was enough for only two people. The service room price was also high, and online it showed a big room, but when we arrived they gave us a normal one.

The hotel's location was quite pleasant, and I was impressed with the cleanliness of my room and the friendly staff. However, I felt that the room was a bit small for the price, and the breakfast menu could have been more extensive with additional options.

Overall, my stay was excellent, with a great restaurant and bar, a very comfortable room, and a lovely welcome drink. The toiletries and housekeeping were also top-notch. However, I did feel that the staff were expecting tips quite frequently.

The complimentary breakfast was truly amazing, offering both Indian and continental options in abundance. The breakfast staff, particularly the man in charge, were fantastic - friendly, helpful, and excellent with English. However, I did encounter some issues, such as occasionally not having toilet paper and water after room cleaning, and the TV wasn't working.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, with no complaints whatsoever. The entire experience was seamless and enjoyable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
