The spot is perfect if you’re heading into Annecy by car, making navigation a breeze; the rooms were spotless and the bed felt incredibly cozy. The only downside was a strange odor in the bathroom that forced me to crack open my bedroom window, though it didn’t really ruin the experience.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, parking was nearby, and the rooms were comfortable with good bedding, offering solid value for money. However, there were hair strands scattered around the bathroom, and the shelves in the middle of the hallway in the master bedroom were dangerously placed, especially when a stroller or a bassinet is involved.

It was great that we could bike straight from the hotel, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast room had a nice vibe—though I expected a bit more hustle. The view from the window into the greenery and the vista of the Alps in front of the hotel were lovely, and being able to sit outside was a bonus. The room’s window felt too small, the bathroom was overly noisy, and the door was hard to close with a loud clunk that felt awkward. Breakfast matched the photos, but if you arrive later, some items like white bread are missing.

Breakfast was excellent, the staff were courteous and ready to help, the rooms were clean, and we enjoyed a great covered parking spot for our motorcycles.

The place is easy to reach, and the room on the side opposite the traffic lanes is very quiet; the self‑serve breakfast had quality items, though no details were given about their origin or whether they were local or organic. The electric kettle in the room had a broken handle, making it risky to use (possible scalding), a concern I raised with the front‑desk hostess when I checked out. It’s a shame that such equipment isn’t routinely inspected.
