“Well known old hotel, trading on its reputation but lovely service”
The hotel's public baths were a real highlight, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The garden was a lovely oasis, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. However, the price was steep, and the hotel felt a bit old-fashioned - the carpets could definitely do with an update. To top it off, the car parking charge was a bit of a shock, especially considering how expensive the hotel already was.
