Good location and parking included. The service was poor; they told you that if the bathroom floods you must clean it yourself or pay for cleaning, even though the curb that prevents water from spilling isn’t high enough, so water does escape. Breakfast was left on a counter for you to pick up, and no one bothered to bring it to the guests.

The service was good. The staff were helpful.

The room was small for the price, and parking was confusing with customers moving around.

The room was comfortable. The staff were careless during the stay; the receptionist didn’t schedule the room access.

I was really disappointed from start to finish. Walking out and back in, I had to wait for someone to open the doors because no one was there at the entrance or exit! Breakfast was mediocre—just scrambled eggs and bread with coffee every day, no other options, and you can’t even swap coffee for tea. Service was awful, as if you hadn’t paid for it; the tall lady never even smiled or said hello, and the brunette staff were arrogantly unhelpful. My family and I had a terrible overall experience, and on top of that, they spoke so loudly all the time that I couldn’t sleep peacefully. The location is great, but everything else was terrible—don’t fall for it. They even charged us more when we arrived!
