The hostel is new and well‑maintained by the team, comfortable and welcoming, with volunteers as the highlight—great people with huge hearts that make you fall in love with Agaete a bit faster. I felt at home and will definitely return when I come back to the island ☺️. The room didn’t have power, so it got a bit warm at night, but I mentioned it to the manager and they immediately installed fans, fixing the issue. It would also be nice to have some individual lighting at each bed for added comfort if you want to read, for example.

The location was great, just a 15‑minute walk from the beach, but the women's room on the second floor got really hot; a fan or better ventilation would help.
