The location and foyer are great, but the room was clearly not renovated – a musty carpet, a sagging bed, and only a few of the advertised features worked. The shower couldn’t be properly adjusted, and at 7 pm there was no vending machine for drinks. Parking was a nightmare; the underground garage was closed. I skipped breakfast.

Breakfast and the location are truly worth recommending, but the room lacked air conditioning. It was very hot at the time, making the stay uncomfortable.
Room 314 was decent, but the bathroom was cramped and the toilet and sink were not accessible for someone in a wheelchair – it needs improvement. There was also no toothbrush holder, which is not suitable for a wheelchair user.
Breakfast was fine, but we were disappointed by the so‑called small pool that, according to staff, has been closed for months. The pool was a key factor in our booking decision. We also found it odd that a room is only cleaned after check‑in, yet trash isn’t taken out and toilet paper isn’t refilled unless you “book” it at reception. Overall, a vacation rental would have sufficed for a week in Bad Kreuznach.
