The place is a working farm set in a beautiful part of Devon, giving the vibe of staying with family; it’s very quiet and the host cooked a wonderful breakfast. Nothing negative.

Sheila was a very welcoming host, the B&B offered everything and more, with fresh tea and coffee available at all times; the small fridge and microwave were real bonuses. Our room was a good size with a large, very comfy bed and amazing views from the window. Because we were B&B owners and it was our wedding anniversary, Sheila left us a card, a beautiful pink rose, and a small bottle of bubbles in an ice bucket, which was very kind. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of choice and fresh farm eggs from Sheila’s chickens; it was all perfect. The farm felt like you were away from everything and everyone, which was very peaceful, but it was only a 10‑minute drive to Tiverton, which has many eating places.

It was a lovely and comfortable place to stay; the surroundings were peaceful and relaxing, and I would recommend it to other guests and plan to stay again. Nothing else.
