“It was a pleasant stay, staff were polite but maintenance of the hotel is visibly lacking.”
The restaurant food was very good, and the staff service was exceptional. However, an international credit card didn’t work at the hotel for payment, and we weren’t told about this when we booked. The furniture was worn out, and the supply of toilet paper was insufficient.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and the service was excellent. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious, and the staff were very courteous and helped with our requests. It’s a bit pricey, though.

Located on the main road, the hotel is fairly clean and has a park for walking. The room is a good size with nice views. The towels aren’t sparkling white, and the breakfast buffet could use more variety, but the made‑to‑order items met my expectations.

This hotel is a complete disaster. The phone charged only 1 % per hour, and the electricity kept cutting out, so I couldn’t work and missed deadlines because there was no Wi‑Fi at all. The phone charging issue was a huge problem for me. The shower had no hot water, and the bathroom door wouldn’t close, which was very embarrassing since I was traveling for work with a colleague. The hot water boiler was broken, and I burned my arms and legs when the lights were off, requiring a hospital visit for burn damage. When checking out, they wouldn’t accept my Visa card even though it had been confirmed, and I had to scramble to find an ATM. I missed my bus to Delhi and lost a whole day of work. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I tried to pay with dollars or other options, but the staff were inflexible and kept blaming me for not having cash, even though the hotel had confirmed my Visa. The place was filthy, and they charged 100 rupees for a small bottle of water.
