“buen hotel necesita mas detalle”
The hotel’s location is great, and even though the room is small it has everything you need; the staff, though few, are very helpful. The only downside is that the new hotel’s hallway rugs smell awful, and the room’s air‑conditioner started blasting loudly at night, forcing us to turn it down because the front desk didn’t answer the phone. When we got downstairs, the front‑desk lady was juggling breakfast prep all by herself for the next day, yet she still treated us kindly and moved us to a new room. It seems one person isn’t enough to cover both breakfast and reception duties.
Everything matched the description: clean, tidy, and the staff were friendly.
The shower and bed were very spacious.

Large rooms, silence! Good shower, everything functional, modern, practical! Parking is great! The price was totally fine—there were events everywhere that weekend! The rates for available rooms were astronomical, but this hotel was reasonably priced. The surroundings aren’t visually appealing, but you hear nothing, have good air‑conditioning, and the hotel is outside Madrid’s environmental zone. No surprises beyond what the reviews already mentioned; we had a good stay.
