The staff at this hotel were friendly and welcoming, which made for a positive start to my stay. However, I was disappointed with the bathroom, toilet, and breakfast, which didn't quite meet my expectations. Additionally, the heating didn't seem to be working properly. Despite these issues, I appreciated the hotel's strengths and would consider staying here again.
