The front desk staff were super friendly, the place was clean, breakfast was good and the location couldn’t be better. All in all, everything was excellent.

The reception team were courteous, the rooms stayed clean and felt comfortable. The only snag was the “breakfast included” deal – they actually sent us to a nearby bakery with a 15 BRL per‑person cap, and even a simple juice and cheese toast hit that limit. It felt more like a commercial menu than a proper hotel breakfast.

Mayara and the lady who seemed to be her mother were wonderful at the front desk, making the stay feel very welcoming. The only downside was some morning noise, probably coming from another guest staying there.

Finding the place was a pain – there’s no sign or number on the door, so you end up standing there not knowing where you are. It made the arrival unnecessarily confusing.
