It was close to restaurants, stores and gas stations. The beds were not very comfortable and the food wasnt the greatest. Could have used more seating in the room and it was hard to control the temperature in the room. We had the ac set at 15 and it wouldnt go below 20

Nice

The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean, breakfast was good and had hot items as well as toast, bagels, etc. There was some mixup with payment. The girl at the front desk worked it out but it was some unnecessary stress to start. I think the carpets had been shampooed before we got there, which is great and everything but they were still damp when we got there. They were dry by morning, though. Finally, the hot tub jets were not working. None of these was particularly bad but these are the reasons it wasn't a 10/10.
