I was left without service when we arrived at the hotel, which was absolutely terrible.
There was nothing good to say; the service was horrible, the place was dirty, the TV didn’t work, and the shower drain was blocked.
The place was awful.
The location and service were good, but the room felt too basic for the price.
“UN LUGAR NADA AGRADABE PARA DORMITAR POR MAS DE UN DIA.”
The only positive thing is that it’s close to Cuernavaca’s center, so you don’t need transport to get around. The hotel itself is ugly, the cleaning is poor, there’s water leaking in the bathrooms, the curtains are dirty and never cleaned, the pillows are dirty and delivered without covers, and the covers that do arrive are broken. It’s cheap, but that doesn’t excuse the lack of cleanliness, which could lead to lice, mites, or fleas.
