Basic amenities were missing, the linens were very dirty, the geyser wasn’t available, handwash and mosquito repellent were absent, but the staff were very polite. Overall cleanliness needs improvement and basic amenities must be provided.

The only plus was the location, but there was absolutely zero ventilation, no one came to clean the room, there were no windows even in the toilet, no exhaust fan, and no food at all.

Nothing; the manager is a fraud and will cancel your stay without asking. Everything is as the manager is fraud and demanded more money.
