For the price, the hotel was a decent choice, with comfortable beds and a lovely location. However, I was disappointed with the lack of dinner service, and we had to hire a driver to take us to a nearby restaurant. The bathroom was also quite uncomfortable, with no shower curtain and a drain in the middle of the floor. To make matters worse, there was no mirror in the bathroom, and the hotel's proximity to the road made it difficult to sleep due to the constant noise from passing cars.

The hotel staff's kindness and helpfulness were truly exceptional, as they assisted us in finding a driver for our Bromo trip. However, my room was poorly insulated, making it extremely noisy and cold.

Unfortunately, the low water pressure in the shower made it impossible for me to use the showerhead holder, which was a major inconvenience during my stay. The hotel had some nice amenities, but the shower issue was a significant problem. I was looking forward to a relaxing shower, but it didn't happen. The hotel had potential, but this issue really let it down.

I recently stayed at a hotel that offered a unique blend of comfort and adventure. The spacious and immaculately clean rooms were a welcome respite after a long day of exploring. However, our experience with the hotel's tour services left much to be desired. Despite booking the Mount Bromo excursion months in advance and receiving confirmation that everything was set, we were left stranded at the hotel's entrance at 3 am, waiting for a jeep that never showed up.

I had a great experience with the hotel's easy check-in process and the breathtaking view of the mountains from my room. However, I was initially disappointed with the cleanliness of my room, but the staff quickly resolved the issue, and I was able to enjoy my stay.
