I liked how close the accommodation was to the city centre, yet the place was in bad shape; I stayed in a room whose door wouldn’t close, and every day I tried to reach the manager for help but he never answered, except once when he offered no solution, saying “No locksmiths in Málaga.” It was unprofessional, lacking empathy and problem‑solving, and poorly managed—definitely not recommended.
