The hotel is very clean, but checking in was delayed; I was scheduled to check in at 3:00 and didn’t receive the room until 3:50, a 50‑minute wait.

A stay at Sherao in Qatar was simply flawless; the hotel sits right in the city center, making it super convenient to explore. I especially want to thank Samuel, his colleagues, and the whole staff for their attentiveness from start to finish—whenever we called for help, they were always on hand, arriving quickly at our door with smiles, greetings, and goodbyes that left a lasting impression. Their kindness and professionalism truly enhanced our visit, and I wholeheartedly recommend this place. Everything was perfect, and we’ll definitely return with pleasure.

Good value for money and a top location; with my friend, we want to thank the staff—receptionists Ranjitha, Azoor, Jenny and security agents Lamine, Max, and Santos—for their excellent hospitality and service! No complaints.

Staff are nice. For the 3 hours extra they charge me 100QR
