The staff were very polite and informative; the location was close to Kamala Beach, so exploring the area didn’t require daily taxis. The nearby cafés and restaurants were good, and the staff were lovely.

After booking, the hotel’s communication was spot on. The room was spotless, and the towel art on the bed added a nice touch. The air conditioning worked well, and the beach, a 7‑minute walk away, as well as a 7‑11 and local bars, were all within easy reach. Massages could be booked right next door, and scooter rentals were available on site. The only downside was the mattress: it was excessively hard and lumpy on the left side, while the right side was firm but still better. The pillows were also very firm. If the mattress and pillows were improved, I’d give it a 10.

The hotel sits in a great spot, just a short stroll from the beach and surrounded by plenty of shops and cafés. The staff member Ice was exceptionally friendly, remembered me from a previous stay, and was helpful throughout. The room was spacious, and daily cleaning was available.

The staff were very friendly and warm. The hotel’s location is excellent, and the restaurant and breakfast were delicious.

This place was pleasant to stay in. The balcony was my favorite—quiet, cool, and ideal for unwinding after a day out. The beach was only a short walk away, and everything needed was within easy walking distance, making it very convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming all the way through. The only drawback was the Wi‑Fi, which was quite spotty and occasionally frustrating. Hopefully that gets fixed, because everything else was lovely!
