The hotel is well‑situated in the city centre and the room is clean. The breakfast is too modest, with no soups, no fruit, and no fried eggs.

The hotel’s central location is great. Breakfast offers both sweet and savory options. The room is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast room is in the basement and could use better ventilation; in the mornings the kitchen smells were too strong.

The hotel is very beautiful, elegant, clean, and in an excellent spot just a few steps from the Santa Sofia Mosque, bars, restaurants and shops. I especially liked the location: I was in meetings while my two companions could easily explore the city and walk to the main sights. Our room, 305 on the third floor, was a large Deluxe, spacious and comfortable, with TV, fridge and hair dryer. We appreciated the little extras like bathrobe, slippers and toiletries. However, the room cleaning could improve; the beds were made, towels changed and bins emptied each morning, but the bathroom seemed neglected: we found the soap and shower gel bottles empty under the shower and the shower itself hadn’t been cleaned. The staff were very kind, helpful, professional and spoke excellent English. We felt very welcome with everyone. A special shout‑out to the lady at the breakfast room: a real gem! The breakfast was very good and plentiful, but almost entirely savory. For those who prefer sweet, the selection was limited to Nutella, jams and two types of cake, with no croissants or rusks. The only real downside was the airport transfer: we waited about an hour in the airport before a car arrived, even though the service had been booked two and a half months in advance.
