Cómo valoran los huéspedes el hotel, aspecto por aspecto.
The place was spotless, super comfy, quiet, and the sea view from room 502 was fantastic; the staff were very attentive, accommodating, and a pleasure to chat with. The downside was that there was no phone or bartender at the pool, so we had to climb up to the 9th floor to order drinks or food, or we had to chase the servers while they were busy with other guests.

الافطار ممتاز والخدمة ممتازة هو منتجع مريح ومقابل النهر وبعيد عن الضوضاء. حقيقة هو منتجع يجب احضار معك اغراض رغم توفر غلايه ومكرويف وكل شيء يعني احضر بعض الطعام وهناك مطعم جميل بس الاكل العربي غير متوفر والحلال بس هو رائع

The staff were friendly and did what they could when we ran into problems. We had to call them because of room issues—broken toilets, malfunctioning bathrooms, and no iron—yet they tried to fix things by swapping rooms or bringing a repairman in the middle of the night. We booked two rooms in the same category at the same price, but one was a spacious suite‑type room while the other was tiny, far from the photo. One room had a strong toilet smell on arrival and was switched. In the second room the shower was terrible: water ran for less than a minute before flooding the floor, and the issue stayed unresolved during our stay. Overall, the engineering is poor, making showers and sinks dysfunctional.

The location and lake view outside Tbilisi were great, breakfast was varied, and the staff were friendly—perfect for someone looking for peace and a break from city noise. Nothing else to add.
