The location is close to the show venue, but the room had a water leak that the front‑desk only fixed after more than an hour of repeated complaints, ruining the whole family outing. The bathroom design is awkward, water pools on the floor and can’t be drained. The double bed room only has one power outlet and one socket, so whoever uses it forces others to wait. The toilet water pressure is weak and flushing once doesn’t clean properly.

The spot is great and the staff are enthusiastic and caring, but the bathroom stays wet and doesn’t dry when you use it.

You need to replace the pillows in the rooms—they’re basically empty, like feathers, and your neck aches every morning. Also, staff shouldn’t come at 8‑9 am to wake guests; it’s a nighttime resort after all, people sleep until noon, but the staff arrive in the morning and rouse everyone.

The room was acceptable, but check‑in was at 1 pm in a different building with no receptionist in the building.

The facilities were clean and the staff were cheerful, but the toilet paper quality could be better.
