The setting is quiet and serene, and I loved the farm vibe and the dogs. The rooms are spacious. When we first entered the neighborhood, we thought we had been scammed because the pin led us to a retirement village; when I called the host from the gate, he was surprised to learn the pin was wrong. I felt a bit unsettled when he stayed in the lounge watching TV, but later understood why he behaved oddly.

We had a lovely stay at Orange River Guest Farm. The hosts were kind and helpful, our room was comfortable, very clean, with a good quality bed and nice decorative touches. We would definitely return.
